Daily Self-care, inspired by the Abhyanga routine prescribed in the Ayurveda Dinacharya for head-to-toe self-care – Ancient Traditions in Modern Formats
Our face and body oils can be applied easily and left on the body as they are non-greasy, quick absorbing and easy to use. They can be used instead of day or night moisturisers or leave-in hair conditioners.
1. Moisturising Face & Body Oil (Miniature – 5ml) – with anti-oxidant all-powerful Turmeric (Haldi), Coconut (Naariyal), Sesame (Til) and Almond (Badaam) – Apply post-bath for long-lasting hydration, and prevent dehydration during Summer.
2. Zingiber Body Oil (Miniature – 5ml) – with anti-inflammatory Ginger (Sunth), Turmeric (Haldi) and Sesame (Til) – Deep penetrating (vata reducing), circulation boosting (kapha reducing). Apply every night on feet for a relaxed sleep and relieving any stiffness in joints and muscles, especially with fan and air-conditioning during Summer
3. Nourishing Hair Oil (Miniature – 5ml) – with herbs like Amla, Brahmi, Bhringaraj, Hibiscus (Japa), Curry leaves, Methi in cold-pressed oils of coconut and sesame. Apply a few drops on the scalp daily for boosting healthy hair growth, tackling dandruff, itching and dryness of scalp, and keep your head cool during Summer months.
4. Savitribai Phule Mahila Sangh Hand-Painted Diyas – 2nos.
